The training presents 20 guiding principles for understanding student behavior that affect student-peer interaction, student-teacher interaction, academic performance, social behaviors, and everything that goes on in the school setting. Understanding these principles can support problem solving, instructional planning, and overall school success for students…and staff too! Participants will learn about the reasons students behave the way they do and how to better understand and respond to student behaviors in a proactive rather than reactive way.
