LEAP Cohort 5 LEAP Into Action Conference

Some students, including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), exhibit many behaviors that others find challenging. We will explore the following topics: types of challenging behaviors and their impact, identifying the cause (function) of the behavior, reducing and preventing problem behaviors, responding to individuals at each stage of the Crisis Cycle, and integrating positive behavioral support strategies in the classroom.
